Laura Slot is a historian and writer from The Netherlands. She focuses on outsiders in twentieth century intellectual history, the history of ideas. She writes poetry and history books and publishes old and new books at Old Revolutions Press.

Master of Arts, Utrecht University, History of International Relations; University of Florida, Political Science; An in-depth study on the limits of Bertrand Russell’s pacifism was published in several places and forms (2007).

Bachelor of Arts, Utrecht University, Language and Culture Studies; Cultural History and English (2006).

Work and study (2005-2016) regularly on the US East Coast: Florida, New York City, New Jersey and Boston; Started out reporting, writing and editing for the school edition of TIME Magazine.
